Welcome to parenthood, let’s talk sleep.

Our relationship to sleep gets activated when families welcome a child or children into their lives. There is no right or wrong way to engage with sleep. My offering is to provide an attachment centered listening and troubleshooting space to explore your specific sleep needs/desires by indentifying/celebrating what is working around sleep and what may need shifting. A one on one sleep chat can be a listening and reflecting time. In addition I can share resources, tools and create a sleep plan for children 4 months plus. In addition I can provide continuous text/call support when actively creating new sleep conditions.

From personal experience I believe sleep is an ongoing evolution that deserves a safe and non judgmental space to explore the needs of a family. My offering is centered in holding, listening and reflecting, my approach is not result based if this aligns with your parenting needs please reach out.
